Here was our last muffin tin meal. We had fish sticks, ketchup, red & green grapes, pasta salad, carrots, and milk. I have been having difficulty finding time to post what we have been doing. I am going to try and make a better effort. I have many plans for the children this summer. One project that I am looking forward to do with them is making sun pickles. It is such a cool recipe and each child will be able to make a jar to take home. I think they will love the process, as well as having something to take home and show off what they have done. Although, my cucumber and dill plants aren't doing that well, I may have to find someone with a garden willing to sell me their extras. :)

Muffin Tin Monday!

Making sun pickles sounds like a blast! I'm sure the kids will love it.
